Logan Wayne Phillips

Logan Wayne Phillips, precious infant son of Larry and Cindy Phillips of Wayne Township, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at Children´s Medical Center in Dayton. He touched many people in his brief time here.

The family wishes to express special thanks to the doctors and staff of Children’s Medical Center.

In addition to his parents, Logan is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Elaine 'Lainey' Phillips of Wayne Township, OH; Grandparents, Larry Phillips of Gratis, OH, Elizabeth (Ronald) Elliott of Dayton, OH, and Richard (Janice) Santefort of Wayne Township, OH; Great Grandmother, Della Winters of DeMotte, IN; five uncles, Brian Santefort of Middletown, OH, Tony Phillips of Vandalia, OH, Todd Phillips of Indianapolis, IN, Brandon Phillips of Dayton, OH, and Sean Phillips of Gratis, OH; and one aunt, Emma Phillips of Gratis, OH.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2004 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown. Visitation will be Friday, from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
