Loma Mae Jones

Loma Mae Jones, 86, of Middletown, died Saturday, November 24, 2007, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. She was born in Indian Fields, Kentucky on August 18, 1921 to parents Dr. R. C. and Eleanor (Kimbrell) Caudill.

Mrs. Jones was Sunday School Superintendent for Crawford Street First Church of God and was an accomplished pianist and a member of Breiel Blvd. Church of God. She volunteered for the American Cancer Society for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Lauralee Jones, Myrtle Beach, SC; son, Edward D. Jones, Middletown and one grandchild, Taylor B. Jones, Indianapolis, IN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred T. “Skeeter” Jones in 2003; a daughter, Barbara Kay Jones; her parents; brothers, Dr. Darrell Caudill, Rev. Herschel Caudill, and Dr. Rodney Caudill; and sister, Nora Lee Nolan.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
