Lon E. "Lonnie" McIntosh, 45, of Middletown, died Sunday, July 6, 2008, in Saltillo, Mexico. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 19, 1962 to parents Lamon and Jean (Deaton) McIntosh.
Lonnie has worked as a pilot for USA Jet Airlines for 10 years. He served in the United States Army as an Anti Aircraft Radar Operator. He was a member of Harbor Christian Fellowship.
Mr. McIntosh is survived by his wife, Sylvia (Camden) McIntosh; three children, Ian McIntosh, Melanie McIntosh, and Julia McIntosh; his father, Lamon McIntosh; two sisters, Cheryl (Bob) Enyart and Diane (Chris) Tarr; four brothers, Chris McIntosh, Jeff McIntosh, Curt McIntosh, and Hal (Mary) McIntosh.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean McIntosh; and brother, Schuyler McIntosh.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Harbor Christian Fellowship, 920 Harbor Dr., Lebanon, with Pastor Tim Hale officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 until conclusion, at the church.
Memorial donations may be made to Tri-State Habitat for Humanity, 9900 Princeton-Glendale Rd., Suite 216, Cincinnati, OH 45246 or to the Aviation Explorer Post program through the Boy Scouts.
