Lorraine M. Harger, 85, of Middletown, died Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Otterbein at Middletown. She was born in Newell, Pennsylvania on August 9, 1927 to parents George and Mary (Albert) Fuller.
Lorraine retired in 1997 after 15 years of service at McAlpin's Department Store in Middletown. She was a member Holy Family Parish-Holy Trinity Church and enjoyed spending time over the years with her girls in the "Birthday Club."
Mrs. Harger is survived by her Daughters, Marsha (Cliff) Halsey, Deanna (Vernon) Lynch, and Lisa Harger; grandchildren, Chris (Laura) Halsey, Brian Halsey, Jason (Liz) Lynch and Matt (Angie) Lynch; great grandchildren, Skylar, Jacob, and Reagan Halsey, Chris and Meghan Turner, Breeanna and Haylee Lynch and Jake and Reese Lynch; nephew, Randy (Teddi) Stevenson and special family member, Josh Holbrook.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Martin L. Harger in 1990 and sister, Alma Stevenson.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 1:00 PM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11 AM-1 PM. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
