Louvonn Lewis

Louvonn Lewis, 61, of Middletown, died Monday, September 24, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on March 5, 1946 to parents Lewis and Gertrude (Hoskins) Milam.

In addition to being a homemaker for her family, Mrs. Lewis worked as a substitute teacher for Middletown City Schools.

Louvonn is survived by her two children, Gary Lewis and Cindy Smallwood; three brothers, Markis Milam, Donald Milam, and Carlis Milam; and a granddaughter, Tifani Smallwood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Lewis; her parents; and sisters, Barbara Ann Milam and Sandra Kay Milam.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 28, 2007 at 11:00 AM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME with David Stidham officiating. Visitation will be Friday, prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
