Lynn Alan Mckinley

Lynn Alan McKinley, 69, of Monroe, died Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Dayton V.A. Medical Center Hospice. He was born in Middletown on June 23, 1947 to parents Raymond and Florence (Matson) McKinley.

Lynn was self-employed as a mechanic, heavy equipment operator & truck driver for more than 40 years, retiring in 2015. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam.

Mr. McKinley is survived by his sisters, Susan (Michael) Melampy & Joyce (Clarence) Jarboe; nieces, Kimberly (Martin) Farris, Shawn (Pete) Jager, Melissa (James) VanTassel & Heather (Robert) Krieger; and nephews, Jeff (Suzanne) McKinley, Eric Melampy & Mark (Heather Lee) Jarboe.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald McKinley; and sister, Betty McKinley.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Tim Draxler officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. The family will have a private interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
