M. Christine Gressle

M.Christine Gressle, 78, of Monroe, died Monday, June 16, 2008. She was born in Poasttown, on May 2, 1930 to parents George W. and Ruby J. (Bowles) Taylor.

Christine worked as an accountant for Avon Products. She managed the charity swapmeet in Lake Havasu City Arizona for 13 years.

Mrs. Gressle is survived by her son, Bradley (Mary) Gressle; daughter, Connie (John) Nowitsch; three sisters, Lois (Herbert) Wolf, Carol (Chuck) Minge, and Linda Taylor; grandchildren, Danah Stedman and Moses Gressle; great granddaughter, Alex Stedman; and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Gressle in 2002; and her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 20, 2008 at 2:00 PM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend Keith Rhoden officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:30 - 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Madison Township.
