M. Virginia Chamberlain
M. Virginia Chamberlain, 85, of Trenton, died on Saturday morning at Garden Manor Extended Care Center.
She was born in Clarksburg, Indiana on August 11, 1918, to John H. Sr. and Lucille (Brodie) Bippes. Virginia was a graduate of Trenton High School in 1937, where she served as Vice President of her class all four years. She also worked on the Children’s Ward at Middletown hospital as a secretary retiring in 1961.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Marilynn Gail Current of Trenton; two grandsons, Steven Edward Current of Trenton, and Michael Joseph (Lisa) Current of Centerville; and two great-grandchildren, Christopher and Heather Current of Centerville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Paul J. Chamberlain in 1979; a brother, John H. Bippes Jr.; and two daughters Phyllis Marlene Chamberlain in 1938, and Frances Arlene Chamberlain in 2002.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral Service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, 509 W. State Street, Trenton, with the Pastor Chuck Testas officiating. Visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the Church. Entombment at Woodside Cemetery.
