Mae (Combs) Lykins, 80, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021. She was born in Denniston, Kentucky on November 14, 1940. Mae worked as an inspector for Interstate Folding Box / American Packaging / Corson Packaging.
Mae enjoyed bowling, country music, shopping and watching the birds and squirrels while having an ice cold Diet Coke.
Mrs. Lykins is survived by her three daughters, Kathy (Jerry) Pence, Cindy Vincion & Shellee (Chris McCurley) Nance; brother, Johnny Cobble; grandchildren, Amy (Jeremy) Adkins, Brandy (Jimmy) Presley, Jessica (Sabastian) Watkins & Caden Nance; extra grandchildren, Sam Pence, Jim Pence & Angela Burtis; and two great grandsons, Chance Adkins & Matthew Adkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard "Bud" Lykins; father, Atron Combs; and mother, Laverne (Wells) Cobble, brother Bobby Combs and sister Phyllis Hairfield.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown with Pastor Larry Moore officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Masks and social distancing are required for all who attend. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
