Margaret A. Miller

Margaret A. Miller, 90, of Middletown, died Saturday, January 24, 2015, at The Woodlands of Middletown. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on September 16, 1924 to parents John C. and Mary (Shanesy) Kiesewetter.

Margaret graduated from Middletown High School in 1942. She worked part time at Irvings Dress Shop. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and Ladies Society. She was a member of Phi Beta Psi Mu Chapter. She volunteered at Middletown Regional Hospital/Atrium Medical Center for 48 years where she served on the Auxiliary Board for 8 years. She was a member of Wildwood Golf Club for 50 years. She loved playing tennis, bowling, golf, and bridge.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her son, Michael E. (Susan) Miller; daughter, Deb Schumacher; grandchildren, Luke Schumacher, Nick Miller, Dan Harrison, Rhett McCoy; great grandchild, Kaiya Taylan McCoy; 8 nieces and nephews; and many great and great great nieces and nephews.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William "Bo" Miller; brothers, John "Jack" Kiesewetter, William Kieswetter; and sister, Helen Westfall.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father Stephen Lattner, OSB officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Atrium Auxiliary - Middletown, 1 Medical Center Dr., Middletown, Ohio 45005.
