Margaret Ann Whiteman

Margaret Ann Whiteman, 76, of Middletown, died Sunday, May 19, 2013, at her residence. She was born in Middletown on April 19, 1937 to parents Jack and Cora (Thomas) Bush.

First & foremost, she was a loving mother and grandmother who was very active in her children's & grandchildren's many activities.

Margaret Ann worked for First National Bank for 25 years, retiring in 1999. She attended both Union Chapel U.M.C. and Pleasant Ridge U.M.C and was very active in church and choir. She was a member of the Middletown Chapter D.A.R., operated a ceramics studio for many years and enjoyed embroidery & gardening.

Mrs. Whiteman is survived by her husband, Ted Whiteman; sons, Scott (Jane) Whiteman, Doug (Angie) Whiteman & Chris (Tracy) Whiteman; brother, Jack Bush Jr.; and grandchildren, Ben, Betsy, Peter, Taylor, Hunter, Mason & Payton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Wanda Wells.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 24, 2013 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Maurice Dunn officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Interment will be at Elk Creek Cemetery.
