Margaret J. Klamo, 80, of Vandalia, Ohio, formerly of Middletown, died Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at Vandalia Park Nursing Home. She was born in Middletown on January 26, 1923 to parents Ciprian and Mary (Marovdz) Klamo.
Margaret worked for Continental Can Company, Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, McGraw Construction, and K-Mart. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. John's Church and the Young At Heart Group. She was a bingo worker at St. John's.
Margaret is survived by her sisters Elizabeth "Betty" Klamo-Gibson of Vandalia and Ann Kittel of Middletown; a brother Frank Klamo of Fairfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, John, Cyprian, Joseph, & Andrew Klamo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 22, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association 105 McKnight Drive Middletown, OH 45044.
