Margie Louise Ross

Margie Louise Ross, 82, of Brooksville, Florida, formerly of Middletown, OH, died Monday, March 15, 2004, at Hospice Care Center of Brooksville. She was born in Middletown, on April 16, 1921 to parents John Walker and Pearl Mae (Atkinson) Roberts.

Margie worked at the hospital as a pharmacy technician. She was past Worthy Matron of Prosser Chapter #367 Order of the Eastern Star in Middletown. She attended First United Methodist Church and Faith Presbyterian Church, both in Brooksville, FL. Margie enjoyed spending time with her family, swimming, hiking, traveling, and cooking. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all.

Mrs. Ross is survived by three daughters, Peggy (Charles) Cope of Franklin, OH, Barbara (Don) Langworthy of Brooksville, FL, and Nancy (Charles) Caudill of Brooksville, FL; eight grandchildren, Chuck, Mark, Don, Mike, Lori, Kristi, Carole, & Jamie; and nineteen great grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, Jeremy, Lacy, Myria, Donnie III, Michael II, Adam, Kurtis, Elizabeth, Ricky, Emily, Samuel, Katie, Kaleb, Ben, Rachel, Melinda, & Rose.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Ross; and her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 20, 2004 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Elder Justin Huffman officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, prior to the service from 12 Noon – 2:00 PM at the funeral home, with Eastern Star services conducted by Prosser Chapter #367 OES at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
