Mariah Lynne Terry-Axle

Mariah Lynne Terry-Axle, infant daughter of Brittany Terry & Brandon Axle, of Middletown, was born and died on May 13, 2006, at Good Samaritan Hospital.

In addition to her parents, Mariah is survived by maternal grandfather, Dwayne (Jill) Terry of Middletown; maternal grandmother, Regina Brown of Cincinnati; paternal grandmother, Florence Axle of Cincinnati; maternal great grandmother, Lillian Terry of Middletown; maternal great great grandmother, Jennie Chapman of New Miami; aunt, Jayla Terry of Middletown; uncles, Daniel & Dominick Brown of Cincinnati; as well as numerous great aunts, great uncles, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother, Lucy Brown.

Private Service will be held at the convenience of the family, with Reverend Michael Bailey officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
