Marie C. Armbruster

Marie Catherine Armbruster, 82, of Middletown, died Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Sycamore Glen Health Center. She was born in Trenton on September 21, 1926 to parents John W. and Myrtle M. (Miller) Schrock.

Marie was co-owner of Armbruster's Hardware Store in Trenton. She enjoyed bowling and was a volunteer for MRDD.

Mrs. Armbruster is survived by four children, Frederick Armbruster, Kay F. (Rob) Schilling, Cathy S. Armbruster, and Patricia (Tom) Arnett; brother, John 'Herman' (Barbara) Schrock; and three grandsons, Ben Schilling, Alex Schilling and Doug Arnett.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Armbruster in 1990; son, John T. Armbruster; her parents; and sister, Mildred Wolsefer.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 311 N. Miami St., Trenton with Pastor Lisa Bernheisle officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the church. Entombment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
