Marie H. Oaks

Marie H. Oaks, 99, of Middletown, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at Hillspring of Springboro. She was born in West Moreland County, Pennsylvania on February 14, 1911 to parents Martin and Mary (Weber) Cain.

Mrs. Oaks is survived by her daughter, Audrey (Aubrey) Burnett Allen; son, Jack (Vickie) Oaks; brother, Jack Cain; special friend, Helen Spoonemore; four grandchildren, Candace (Scott) Scheneh, Jennifer (John) Esselman, David (Kathy) Burnett and Michael (Diane) Burnett; six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Oaks in 1987; parents; three sisters; and one brother.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to all the staff of Hillspring for their wonderful care of Marie.

Private Service will be held at the convenience of the family with Monsignor Paul Metzger officiating. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
