Marjorie Farkas

Marjorie Farkas, 83, of Fairfield, died Thursday, October 6, 2011, at Birchwood Care Center. She was born in Franklin on June 20, 1928 to parents Garfield and Ada (Breeden) Landers.

Marjorie worked as a bookkeeper in the banking industry. She was an avid golfer & bowler and took great pride in her home & yard.

Mrs. Farkas is survived by her sisters, Anna "Florence" Heil & Stella "Bernice" Lahm; 2 nieces; 3 nephews; and 7 great nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Farkas in 2002 and her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 10, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
