Mary C. Imfeld

Mary C. Imfeld, 91, of Monroe, died Thursday, December 8, 2016, at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant. She was born in St. Bernard, Ohio on May 7, 1925 to parents Aloysius and Eleanor (Kemme) Hampel.

With her family, Mary moved to Middletown and on April 26, 1947 she married her husband, Daniel C. Imfeld. Together in Middletown they raised their four children. Holy Family Parish was always at the center of her life and she served there in many capacities.

Mary was a loving mother and grandmother who is survived by her sons, Daniel T. (Wynona) Imfeld & Stephen M. (Danielle) Imfeld and daughters, Charlotte E. (Joseph) Walker & Deborah M. (James) Carey; sister, Eileen Toerner; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel C. Imfeld in 1994; parents; brother, Anthony Hampel; and sisters, Sister Mary Ellen Hampel, Rita Peters, Ruth Vogt & Lois Hampel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
