Mary Ellison

March 19, 1918 — April 8, 2002

Mary Ellison, 84, died Monday at Willow Knoll Retirement Community.
Mrs. Ellison retired from Middletown City Schools after 19 years as an English at Middletown High School. She was active in the Girl Scouts and was an avid bridge player. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension, Past President of the Current Events Group, and Past President of the Shovel & Hoe Garden Club.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Tilmon Ellison in 1991 and her parents. She is survived by her son Tod (Ria) Ellison; daughter Joan (Tab) Blosser; brothers Tom Nicholson and Ralph Nicholson; sister Esther DeCarlo; grandchildren Nicholas (Heather) Ellison, Sabrina Ellison, and Kate & Jill Blosser; and great grandson Isaiah Ellison.
Pastor David Bailey will officiate the funeral service
