Mary Kovacs

Mary (Chockey) Kovacs, 94, of Middletown, died Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Dayton, on March 1, 1913 to parents Gabriel and Susan Chockey.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Susan K. Phillips and Mary K. Lawson, both of Middletown; a brother, Zorton Chockey of Clearwater, FL; two grandchildren, Stephen Lawson and Aimee DeLong; and seven great grandchildren, Cameron DeLong, Regan DeLong, Brooke DeLong, Blakely Kinnan Lawson, Harper Lawson, Abbie Lawson, and Maddie Lawson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kovacs; and her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 31, 2007 at 2:00 PM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) with Reverend Carol McCleary officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Middletown, 4500 Riverview Drive, Middletown, OH 45042.
