Mary Louise Chaputa, 81, of Trenton, died Saturday, May 20, 2006, at Butler County Care Facility in Fairfield. She was born in Clermont County, Ohio on July 4, 1924 to William and Ethel (Cramer) Warden.
Mrs. Chaputa worked for Williamson Ziegler during World War II and later worked at Tee´s Restaurant. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. John´s Church. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Patricia C. Blake of Hamilton; son, Anthony W. (Shirley) Chaputa Jr. of Middletown; three grandchildren, James (Candy Nicely) Blake, Cynthia (Michael) O'Keefe, and Michael (Clarissa Singleton)Chaputa; four great grandchildren, Josh Vance, Patrick O'Keefe, Emily Blake, and Olivia Blake; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony W. Chaputa Sr. in 1991; her parents; brothers, Alvin Warden, William C. Warden II, Glenn Warden, and Earl Warden; and sisters, Grace Cornett and Mildred Morris.
The family wishes to extend their special thanks to Butler County Day Care, Butler County Care Facility, Ft. Hamilton Hospital and McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church with Monsignor Paul Metzger as celebrant. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
