Mary N. Songer

Mary Nadine Songer, 76, of Lemon Township, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties after a brief illness. She was born in Manteca, Ca. on January 16, 1938 to parents Manuel
S. and Sarafina (Flagga) Borges. Mary was a joy filled member of the Salvation Army. She shared her
compassion for others during her many years as an LPN at Barbara Park Nursing Home. Mrs. Songer is survived by her husband, Carl Songer; Son, Danny Songer and Daughters, Teresa (Michael) Webb, Cindy (Paul) Howard and grandchildren, Tosha McKeever, Molli Webb, Megan Webb, Wesley Howard, William Howard, Vanessa Howard, Wallace Howard. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and Son, Arthur Songer. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with Major Judy Hart officiating. Visitation Monday, June 9, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral Home. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Springdale, OH. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army 1914 First Ave. Middletown, Oh 45044.
