Matthew Alan Caudill, infant son of Alan and Tamra (Johns) Caudill of Middletown, went into the arms of Jesus on May 8, 2004 at Kettering Medical Center.
He is also survived by brothers Mackenzie & Mason Caudill; a sister Bailey Caudill; and grandparents Lynn & Diana Johns, Wes Caudill, Phyllis Caudill, and Wanda & Marvin Ling.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday evening, May 11, 2004 at 6:30 pm at Eastview Baptist Church, with Pastor Dwaine Tilford officiating.
