Michael Conley

Michael D. Conley, 46, of Middletown, died Friday, April 4, 2014, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 16, 1967 to parents Gerald E. and Nancy (Gainey) Conley.

Mr. Conley is survived by his wife, Jane Conley; son, Jon (Samantha) Smiley; brothers, Jeff Conley, Bobby (Pam) Conley, Jamie Conley and Justin Conley; sisters, Becky Boley, Debbie McIntyre and Missy (James) Sorrell; grandchildren, Mikey Smiley, Parker Smiley & Mason Graham; brother-in-law, Jim (Terri) Smiley and nieces, Tommie & Torrie Smiley, and many nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Paul Dazet officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
