Michael Glenn Collins

Michael Glenn Collins, 65, of Middletown, died Friday, March 22, 2019, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on November 17, 1953 to parents Lawrence "Doc" and Ruby (Taylor) Collins.

Michael's family was everything to him. He loved listening to country music on his radio and drinking his Diet Coke.

He is survived by his brother, George Collins; his sister, Debra (Tim) Altick; and also by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Terry Collins and Jonathan Collins.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Springboro Cemetery.

The family also wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his Nurse Practitioner, Heather Lainhart, and his 2 favorite nurses, Melanie and Mary Ann.
