Michelle L. Roberts

Michelle L. (Vanaskey) Roberts, 48, of Middletown, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on December 8, 1959 to parents Ron and Kathryn (Brookhouser) Vanaskey.

Michelle worked as church secretary for Monroe Presbyterian Church for 7 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed arts and crafts.

She is survived by her husband, Robin Roberts; son, Aaron (Nikki) Roberts; daughters, Valerie (Alexander) Lumives and Jessica Roberts; mother, Kathryn Rishavy; sister, Melinda (Jerry) Dunbar; step mother, Martha Vanaskey; father and mother-in-law, Bob and Edith Back and seven grandchildren, A.J. Roberts, Jill Roberts, McKenzie Lumives, Kyler Lumives, Cole Lumives, Gaberiel Lumives and Elijah Lumives. She was preceded in death by her father.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 4:00 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 700 S. Marshall Rd., Middletown with Reverend Todd Mills officiating.
