Mildred K. Griffith

Mildred K. Griffith, 81, of Middletown, Ohio, died July 30, 2002, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 20, 1921 to parents Robert and Kathryn (Mangold) Albiez.

Mrs. Griffith was a Secretary for 33 years for John XXIII School until retiring in May 2001. Mrs. Griffith was a member of Holy Family Parish. She was a friend, a mother, and grandmother to all that knew her.

Mildred is survived by one daughter: Patty (Mike) Pratt of Rossford, OH; two sons: Robert (Carol) Griffith of Middletown, OH. and Tim (Becky) Griffith of Middletown, OH; five grandchildren: Rob Griffith, Kathy (Daniel) Balon, Michelle Pratt, and Chris and Nicole Griffith; and two great grandchildren: Emily and Joey Balon . She was preceded in death by her parents: her Husband:Herman H. Griffith; and two brothers: George and Robert Albiez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, August 1, 2002 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 31, 2002 from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery on Thursday, August 1, 2002.
