Nancy J. Steele

Nancy J. Steele, 51, of Monroe, died on September 3, 2005, at the Cancer Institute of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born in Bluffton, Ohio on March 19, 1954 to parents Dale and Ruth (Tarr) Morrison.

Nancy was a loving mother who was very proud of her children. She was a teacher with the Hamilton City Schools, and loved music and cooking.

Mrs. Steele is survived by her husband, Robert L. Steele of Monroe; and three children, Kristin Steele, Matthew Steele, and Melissa Steele, all of Monroe; a sister, Teresa (Don) Mathews of Michigan; two brothers, Randy Morrison of Washington State and Robert (Jenny) Morrison of Dola, OH; her in-laws, Robert & Mary Ann Steele; a sister-in-law, Patti (Mike) McKinney of Lebanon; and numerous nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 9, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Reverend Gene Leiter officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
