Norma Jean Berry, 84, of Monroe, died Friday, September 28, 2018, at her son’s home in Indianapolis. She was born in Pomeroyton, Kentucky on March 30, 1934 to parents Robert and Edna (Birchfield) Campbell.
Norma Jean worked for the Middletown Public Library for 30 years, retiring as Assistant Administrative Librarian in 1993. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was also a member of a local quilting and bridge club.
Mrs. Berry is survived by her son, John (Kay) Dobrozsi; step-daughters, Kathy (David) Berry & Kimberly (Vincent) Harry; grandchildren, Jennifer (Derick) Sloan, Carolyn Berry, Aric Huberts, Ava Huberts & Abby Huberts; and great grandchildren, Kamari, Mitchell & Jamison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester R. Berry in 2015; parents; brother, Byron Campbell; and former husband, John Dobrozsi.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4930 Central Ave., Middletown with Michael Snider officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon at church. Interment will be at North Monroe Cemetery.
