Opal Powers

Opal Powers, 74, of Trenton, died Thursday, December 26, 2013, at LifeCare Hospitals of Dayton. She was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on April 8, 1939 to parents Clyde and Martha (Centers) Spencer.

Opal was a member of the Truth Tabernacle Apostolic Pentecostal Church.

Ms. Powers is survived by her children, Patricia (James) Johnson, Robert (Sharon) Sproul, Charles Sproul & Lisa (Robert) Oberschlake; brothers, Randall Spencer, Douglas Spencer & Robert Spencer; sisters, Rena Spencer, Jessie Thompson & Sherry Maiden; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents

Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Truth Tabernacle Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 6879 Hamilton Middletown Rd., Middletown, with Pastor Daniel Hidlebaugh officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
