Patricia M. Mack

Patricia M. Mack, 92, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2025. She was born in Hammond, Indiana on January 19, 1933 to parents, Walter and Mary Ruby (O'Sullivan) Portz.

Patricia and Jim, her husband of 66 years, were devoted to their family and created a welcoming home where their loved ones were cherished.

Patricia is survived by her sons, Chris (Marcia) Mack and Craig (Melissa) Mack; daughters, Catherine Mack, Mary (Larry) Gwin, Carolyn (Randy) Wright and Jennifer (Matt) Mulbarger; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Mack; and son, Kevin Mack. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard, and his wife, Helen.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
