Paul M. Morgan

Paul M. Morgan, 77, of Madison Township, died Monday, October 7, 2013, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Salem, Indiana on July 23, 1936 to parents Murl and Vinnie Morgan.

Paul worked as a Golf Course Superintendent at Browns Run County Club for 17 years and also as a product developer for Lesco for 17 years. He was a past president of the Dayton Golf Course Superintendent Association, was a board member with the Ohio Turf Foundation, member of the Cincinnati Golf Course Superintendent Association and the United States Golf Course Superintendent Association and served as a reservist in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Shirley (Weeks) Morgan; three children, Becky (Mike) Webber, Rick (Louise) Morgan & Paula Burnett; brother, Marvin Morgan; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Donald, Harold & Vaughn Morgan.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Connie Hancock officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
