Phyllis Ann Sams

Phyllis Ann Sams 69, of Franklin Township, died on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Bradford Place, Hamilton, OH.  She was born in Oneida, KY on Wednesday, October 8, 1952 to parents James and Sarah (Davidson) Sams .

Phyllis worked for International Truck Sales as an Office Clerk, was a home health care provider and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Auburn, Hamilton, OH.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Loren) Wall; a grandchild, Augustus Wall; her brother, Jim (Regina) Sams; a niece, Rachel (Joe) Chamberlain; a nephew, Jeff (Holly) Sams; and numerous cousins, to include her special cousin, Donna Jeffries.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr), Middletown, with Reverend Dr. Roger Green officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Hamilton, OH.
