Regina Mynhier Mcintosh

Regina Mynhier-McIntosh, 51, of South Lebanon, died Friday, June 15, 2018, at Bethesda North Hospital. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on February 19, 1967 to parents Kenneth D. and Nancy (Reffitt) Mynhier.

Regina worked for White Castle for many years.

Mrs. McIntosh is survived by her; sons, Christopher (MacKenzie) Smith, Daniel (Gabrielle Johnson) Smith, brother Kenneth (Julie) Mynhier, mother Nancy (Reffitt) Mynhier, husband, Dennis McIntosh; 4 grandchildren and many loving family & friends.

Regina was preceded in death by her father and sister, Dana Mynhier.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Lamar Ferrell officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00pm. Entombment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
