Reverend Joseph Frederick Mcguire

Reverend Joseph Frederick McGuire, loving son of Mary Carolyn Lanier, went home to the Lord on the day of his 63rd birthday, Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
Ordained a Catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati in 1981, he served several parishes in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio area until 2000. Since 2000 he had served as a Parochial Vicar in the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida at Blessed Trinity (13 years) and most recently at Holy Family Parish.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Carl McGuire and brother, Perry Leo McGuire.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:00 am at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Ave., Trenton with Bishop Joseph Binzer as celebrant. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at church. Interment will be at Miltonville Cemetery.
