Richard A. "Butch" Blaine

Richard R Blaine, 75, of Trenton, died Friday, August 1, 2014, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 8, 1938 to parents Richard A. and Nellie (Auvil) Blaine.

Butch retired from Armco Steel where he worked in several areas including scheduling. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps. and was a member of Eagles Aerie #528,
Fraternal Order of Orioles, #193 and Loyal Order of Moose #501.

Mr. Blaine is survived by his wife, Glenna (Kolb) Blaine; children, Linda (Carlos) Rosa, Ross (Angela) Blaine and Cathy Diggs and grandchildren, Glenna Rosa, Catherine Rosa, Jeremy Blaine, Holly Manning, Kelly McIntire and Travis Diggs; great grandchildren, Raylyn, Ashton and Colton; sister-in-laws, Carol Mays, Lara and Dick Kuhn, Toni and Charles Bradley, Tammy and Tom Hamm; brother-in-law Robin Kolb; nephews and niece, Tommy, Joey And Becky Miller, and many other loving family, friends and fishing buddies.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joyce Miller.

Visitation will be Wednesday 8/6/2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH.
