Richard E. Marshall, 82, of Trenton, died Monday, February 23, 2015, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Clermont County, Ohio on October 11, 1932 to parents Millard and Dorothy (Little) Marshall.
Richard worked as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 32 years. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He coached Yankee Road softball and Little League.
Mr. Marshall is survived by his children, Michael (Susan) Marshall, Kimberly (Steve) Binkley, Terry (Cindy) Marshall and foster children, Gary Moore & Jan Hamblin; and grandchildren, Brandon Marshall, Brittany Marshall, Jocelyn Roberts & Hogan Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary A. Marshall; parents; brothers, Millard Marshall Jr. & Ronald Marshall; and sister, Janice Spears.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 10:00 am at Yankee Road First Church of God, 3029 Yankee Rd., Middletown with Pastor Kevin Collins officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
