Richard Scott Johnson, 50, of Middletown, died Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at his residence. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 26, 1962.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his daughter, Brianna Johnson; father, Richard L. Mandera; sisters, Charmaine Petty, Kimberly (Wayne) VanAmburg & Jennifer Johnson; 2 nieces & 3 nephews. Scott was loved and adored by everyone who knew him. He will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris A. (Buehler) Mandera.

Private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
