Rick Oehler

Richard D. "Rick" Oehler, 63, of Trenton, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at his home. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 21, 1958 and after graduating, he served his country in the United States Air Force.

Rick was very active in the Trenton community. He was head of maintenance for Edgewood Schools and was a scorekeeper for Edgewood basketball. Rick was a proud father that loved to coach his sons in football, basketball and baseball. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially golfing or fishing.

Rick was a very respectful man, great friend and devoted family man and will be greatly missed by his wife, Kelly Oehler; sons, Ryan (Lisa) Oehler & Jared (Laura) Oehler; mother, Lillian Oehler; brother, Kenny (Tammy) Oehler; sisters, Sherry (Ron Barnett) Oehler & Donna Pandilidis; grandchildren, Avery Oehler, Adley Oehler, Andi Oehler, Joseph James "J.J." Oehler & Matthew Oehler; step-grandchildren, Addison Bailey, Mason Marcum & Jackson Bailey; as well as many other family & friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Oehler; and brother-in-law, Jimmy Pandilidis.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at Foundation Community Church, 100 Sal Blvd., Trenton, with Pastor Scott Fussnecker officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 -7:00 pm at the church. Burial will be at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton.

Memorial donations may be made in Rick's name to the Edgewood City Schools Field Renovation Fund, 3500 Busenbark Rd., Trenton, Ohio 45067.
