Robert B. Meyers

Robert B. Meyers, 88, of Monroe, died Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. He was born in Springboro, Ohio on May 3, 1923 to parents Raymond and Dorthy (Eyer) Meyers.

Robert served his country in the United States Navy and retired from Armco Steel in 1982 as a supervisor in the steam dept.

Mr. Meyers is survived by his Daughters, Cheryl (Tom) Kiniyalocts, Karen (Brad) Angelini; Sister, Marcia (Bernie) Knoll and step daughter, Sally (David) Kash; 6 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren and 1 step great-great grandchild.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Helen Bunnell Meyers, second wife, Betty Meyers and a son, Steve Meyers.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 29, 2011 at 10:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Dr. Reginald Olson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
