Robert E. Manns

Robert E. Manns, 80, of Miamisburg, died Sunday, June 5, 2016, at his home. He was born in Middletown on December 31, 1935 to parents John Linville and Nellie (Barker) Manns.

Robert had worked for Mound Labratories for over 27 years, retiring as maintenance foreman in 1992. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Manns is survived by his wife, Nancy L. (Marshall) Manns; three daughters, Jodeena Manns, Cheryl (Matt) Turton & Nicole (Blake) Wayman; brothers, John Manns Jr. & Ronald Manns; sisters, Dorothy Carter, Dolores Martin, June Earley, Linda Barker & Debbie (Gary) Hines; five grandchildren, Joseph (Meghan) Haddix, Samuel (Andrea) Haddix, Makenzie Wayman, Emily Wayman & Sarah Turton; and one great grandchild, Brantley Haddix.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Sally Smith & Barbara Manns.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 11:00 am at Butler County Memorial Park, in Wayne Township. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park with military honors conducted by
the Hamilton DAV Chapter #15.
