Robert J. Frost

Robert James Frost, 83, of Middletown, passed away Monday, May 5, 2008, at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Blanchester, Ohio on September 6, 1924 to parents Clifford and Mabel (Butler) Frost.

Robert served as a sergeant in the United States Army Air Corps from 1941 - 1945. He earned an EAME Theater ribbon, a Good Conduct medal, and bronze and silver stars. He retired from Black Clawson.

Mr. Frost is survived by his wife, Ruth E. 'Sis' (Busenlechner) Frost; three sons, Joseph J. Frost, Robert 'Dan' Frost, and John D. (Rita) Frost; his brother, David Frost; grandchildren, Jenny Frost, Connie Frost, and Celina Frost; and many nieces & nephews.
Special thanks to niece and nephew Margaret & Charles Pepper and Richard & Pam Frost.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, William Frost.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Monsignor Paul Metzger officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mound Cemetery in Monroe.
