Robert M. Daley

Robert M. Daley, 82, of Middletown, died Monday, October 3, 2005, at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Middletown, on September 30, 1923 to Harry C. “Pat” and Anna Marie (Laubauch) Daley.

Mr. Daley worked as a pipe fitter for Local 392. He served his country in both the Marine Corps and in the Army, during World War II.

Robert is survived by seven children, Steve (Virginia) Daley, Bill (Linda) Daley, Dennis (Becki) Daley, Brian (Judy) Daley, Karen (Mike) Mitsoff, Michael Daley, and Mary (Tony) Black; two sisters, Patty Saylor and Eleanor Meehan; three brothers, Ray Daley, Tom Daley, and Mark Daley; 19 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel J. Daley; his parents; son, Paul Daley; daughter, Kathleen Daley; brother, John William Daley; and sisters, Betty Rybolt and Dorothy Kinser.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church with Father George Klein as celebrant. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 5, 2005 from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Holy Name Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Ave., Trenton, OH 45067.
