Ronald Steven Mckibben

Ronald Steven McKibben, 59, of West Chester, Ohio died Monday, September 19, 2016, at West Florida Hospital. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 6, 1957 to parents Robert and Shirley (Clark) McKibben.

Ron received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1981. He worked as a consulting chemical and environmental engineer for 33 years for Navy, Air Force, Ford Motor Company, and many other clients.

Mr. McKibben is survived by his daughter, Lindsey (Remington) Leach; son, Ryan McKibben; significant other, Kathy Short; brother, Robert (Jan) McKibben; sister, Sharon (Gary) Beaty; nephews, Patrick McKibben & Paul McKibben; niece, Brittany Beaty; and many other loving family, friends & co-workers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert McKibben; mother, Shirley Flowers; and stepfather, Gil Flowers.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 10:00AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Steve Holt officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday September 27, 2016 from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
