Rosemary Smith

Rosemary Smith, 83, of Middletown, died Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born in Dayton on June 30, 1926 to parents Herman and Eloise (Race) Pfuhl.

Rosemary worked as a medical secretary for various doctor's offices for 30 years.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Dr. George Smith; son, David M. (Jane) Stockert; daughter, Diana S. (Charles) Lewis; step daughters, Trish Smith and Kathy (Scott) Thomas; step sons, Denny Smith and Vincent Smith; five grandchildren, Lindsay (Tim) Harren-Lewis, Clare Stockert, Kate Stockert, Courtney Thomas and Caroline Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Herman Emmert officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at David's Cemetery.
