Ruth E. Kleine

Ruth E. Kleine, 85, of Monroe, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at West Chester Hospital. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 30, 1928 to parents Oliver and Edna (Carpenter) Kloepper.

Ruth was the office manager for LoMar Manufacturing for 40 years, retiring in 2007. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church for 60 years.

Mrs. Kleine is survived by her children, Charles (Pamela) Kleine, Robert (Kathy) Kleine & Ruth Ann Steward; sisters, Rose Pitylk & Mary Gericke; grandchildren, Emily, Alex, Stephen, Michael, Christina, Charles & Theresa; and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kleine in 1993; parents; brothers, Art Kloepper & Bud Kloepper; sister, Dorothy Gilb; granddaughter, Sarah; son-in-law, Michael Steward; and beloved dogs, Sandy & Chloe.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 330 Lebanon Street, Monroe. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 9:30 - 10:30 am at church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
