Ruth L. Lawson

Ruth L. Lawson, 87, of Middletown, died June 2, 2007, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. She was born in Louisa, Kentucky on April 20, 1920 to parents Henry and Dixie (Fields) Booth.

She worked as a registered nurse.

Mrs. Lawson is survived by two sons, Steve (Debra) Lawson of Middletown and Larry Lawson of Wilton, AL; three sisters, Alma (Edcel) Branham of Fairborn, Gladys (Duke) Kight of Huntington, WV, and Irene Greene of Ashland, KY; one brother, Calvin (Barbara) Booth of Maryville, TN; three grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie) Lawson, Valerie (Nathan) Hoffman, and Paul Lawson; and one great granddaughter, Ava Hoffman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman A. Lawson in 2005; and her parents.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 7, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Garden Manor Retirement Village with Rev. Darrell Bucher officiating.
