Ruth Rouster

Ruth Rouster, 81, of Middletown, died Sunday, November 22, 2009, at Liberty of Middletown. She was born in Cincinnati on July 27, 1928 to parents William B. and Stella (Stroth) Rudemiller.

Ruth was an active member of Holy Family Parish where she participated in the Holy Family Ladies Society, the Tuesday Morning Craft Ladies and was a parish volunteer.

Mrs. Rouster is survived by her husband of 61 years, John "Bob" Rouster; sons, John S. (Pam) Rouster and Dale E. (Leslie) Rouster; daughters, Patricia A. (Tom) Hackett and Joyce M. (Bill) Murray; daughter-in-law, Patti Rouster; brothers, Dr. William B. Rudemiller and Rev. Edward Rudemiller; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Harold "Skip" Rouster; her parents; a sister, Rosemary Moyer; and a brother, Harold Rudemiller.

The family would like to thank Dr. Jarrett and the staff of Liberty Skilled Nursing Care for the wonderful care they provided Ruth during her stay.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 27, 2009 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille and Father James O'Connor as celebrants. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 - 10:30 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
