Sadie F. Sebastian

Sadie Frances (Meadows) Sebastian, 84, of Middletown, died Monday, July 23, 2012, at Liberty of Middletown. She was born in Carter, Kentucky on February 11, 1928 to parents William H. and Annie (Birch) Meadows.

She was a loving wife & mother. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles Meadows, Cecil Meadows, Noah Meadows & Leon Meadows; and sisters, Hazel Adkins & Pearl Rogers.

Sadie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ralph E. Sebastian; daughter, Carolyn Frances (Gary) Gingerich; son, Gary E. (Molly) Sebastian; sister-in-law, Okie Meadows; grandchildren, Steve (Carrie) Leach, Jennifer Montgomery, Kara (Josh) Krulewicz, Michael (Kristen) Sebastian, Anna Sebastian & Daniel Sebastian; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Mary Ellen Gaeke, her assistant Kim and the staff from Hospice Care of Middletown for their attention & care.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Rick Woodward officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
