Sally L. Smith

Sally L. Smith, 58, of Middletown, died Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at Kettering Medical Center. She was born in Middletown on September 1, 1955 to parents Linville and Nellie (Barker) Manns.

Sally was an office worker in the insurance industry and also worked for Express Scripts.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal (Brad) Maggard; brothers, Bob (Nancy) Manns, John Manns, & Ron (Pam) Manns; sisters, Delores Martin, Dorothy Carter, June (Bill) Earley, Linda Barker, & Debbie (Gary) Hines; special extended family, Kayla, John & Emma Duff; and special friends, Johnna & John Medley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Barbara Jean Manns.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Jack Woodward officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
